Education and continuous training is a requirement many, if not all, of our members have. Women’s Network of Rapid City encourages professional growth and development, resulting in regularly sponsoring candidates for the Leadership Rapid City a program conducted each year by Rapid City Area Chamber of Commerce, by providing scholarships to members selected for participation.

In addition, scholarship money is also set aside for members who are continuing their career-related education. At each meeting, 50/50 tickets are sold to raise money for these scholarships. The winnings are split between the ticket holder and the scholarship fund. You can show your support by bringing a dollar or two for tickets!

Current members seeking financial assistance for professional related conventions, trainings, seminars, etc. should complete the scholarship application below or submit a completed printed application to a Board Member at the next meeting. Scholarships are awarded twice per year and up to $250 for each award.
